Judy F. Hoyle
Founder & President
I am currently employed by Texas Health & Human Services Commission, in Gainesville, Texas as a Texas Works Advisor. I enjoy working with people and connecting them with resources and services. Once the ForwardStar Program has begun movement, I will also oversee HOYLE-LTC's program and housing management as the Head of Program Operations.
I am a proud Texas Aggie with a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management (CNPM) from the Bush School of Government and Public Service (Texas A&M). During my education, I also took Human Trafficking class at Texas A&M and attended a "Human Sex Trafficking" educational presentation – Presented by Rebecca Jowers of POIEMA Foundation.

I received Continuing Education Units through the Department of Justice's Office for Victims of Crime’s National Victim Assistance Academy (NVAA), earning 1 CEU for their Advanced Trainer Series through their Advanced Trainer Institute and 2.3 CEUs for their Effective Management Series through their Leadership Institute.
I obtained my B.S. Degree in Technology Management (HR Management - and took additional classes in Project Management) at DeVry in Irving, Texas. I obtained my A.A.S. Degree (Office Administration) at Collin College in McKinney, Texas.

I have also been a volunteer transport driver for Families to Freedom (www.familiestofreedom.org) since 2019 (periodically), transporting victims of sex trafficking, domestic violence, and family violence to safety across the United States (upward toward 20,000 miles).

Lisa McCauley
Executive Treasurer & Secretary
I am currently the Chief Financial Officer at Salt and Light Energy Equipment, a wellhead and service company that works with distributors and fracking customers in the Permian Basin, Dallas/Odessa, Texas. I have over 25 years of for-profit accounting experience, working at all levels of accounting.

I have a Bachelor's degree in English and Secondary Education from Grinnell College, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.
I am excited to be the Executive Treasurer and Secretary for HOYLE-LTC. I look forward to utilizing my expertise in accounting and processes to assist HOYLE-LTC’s team in its endeavors. I am happy to be a part of the mission to assist these young women in obtaining their education in a safe environment.

Sara Leonard Hoyle
Director of Staff & Registered Agent
I currently work as the Office Manager at a Geothermal and Cathodic Well Drilling company since 2018.
​
I have previous experience in Collin County Probation. I also worked at the Collin County District Clerk’s Office, and following that, I worked for the City of McKinney as the Records Manager.
​
Prior to these exceptional work experiences, I owned and operated a Mobile Notary Service in the Dallas /Forth Worth area specializing in record research, verification, release and preparing records for court.

I'm happy to be a part of HOYLE-LTC's team as the Director of Staff and the Registered Agent.

Kristen Welton, LCSW
Director of Social Work
Kristen E. Welton, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of Texas A&M, Mesquite, Texas, with over ten years of experience who helps to empower others to weave their own unique life experiences into a journey of authentic living—serving young and older adults living in Texas via teletherapy, specializing in individual therapy and group therapy concentrating on depression, anxiety, domestic violence, chronic pain/ health problems, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.
